The Sales Operations Analyst is an experienced individual contributor responsible for driving operational excellence across assigned customer accounts. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, serving as a key liaison between Sales, Digital, Operations, Customer Service, and external retail partners. The Sales Operations Analyst ensures data accuracy, order execution and inventory alignment processes are managed effectively to support sales growth and customer satisfaction. In addition to executing core operational functions, this role contributes analytical insight, identifies process improvement opportunities, and plays a proactive role in optimizing performance across product set-ups, pricing, inventory, and promotions. The majority of this newly-created role will be focused on retailer item set-up and product detail page (PDP) management, as well as drop ship inventory management, for a variety of retail.com accounts. The Sales Operations Analyst will also support purchase order management, point-of-sale analysis, inventory forecasts and ad hoc account management needs for a key account. This is a remote position; however, the candidate must be located in either Central Standard Time (CST) or Eastern Standard Time (EST).
