Job Summary GarityAdvantage is a fast paced, growing insurance marketing organization conveniently located right off Rt. 3 on the Norwell/Rockland border. GarityAdvantage is currently looking for a team player to join our rapidly growing company to help bring our Customer Service Team to the next level. The Sales Onboarding Specialist is an exciting Entry Level role at Garity. Wearing many hats, this role works closely with Agents, Healthcare Carriers and an Energetic Team to ensure that our contracting, certification and sales onboarding processes are completed successfully. This role works closely with the Garity Sales team to ensure Agent’s success during the contracting process and to support Agents/Agencies that are new to Garity. Ideally, this individual will be detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task and prioritize, have experience with process improvements to accommodate growth, can deliver "white glove" customer service, have a good sense of humor and thrives in a fast-paced environment:

Responsibilities

  • Assist agents with questions regarding the contracting and certification process
  • Outreach to agents regarding contract status and offers help to ensure completion
  • Maintain specific contracting and certification procedures for many Healthcare Carriers
  • Update and maintain contracting and certification agent CRM database
  • Track status of submitted contracts and troubleshoots
  • Review and update Carriers contracting and certification reports
  • Support the Garity Sales team in onboarding new Agent/Agencies
  • Help improve process for continued growth and scalability
  • Support agent progress from introduction to first sale
