We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Support Associate to join our dynamic team in South Florida. This hybrid role combines office-based responsibilities with fieldwork, giving you hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry while supporting our sales and marketing teams. What You’ll Do Assist the sales team with property tours, market research, and client presentations. Support marketing initiatives by creating materials, updating listings, and coordinating campaigns. Drive local markets to gather insights and help identify opportunities. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client service. Participate in property showings and help prepare spaces for prospective tenants. And more! What We’re Looking For Recent college graduate or early-career professional (1–3 years experience) with a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. An active Florida Real Estate Salesperson license. Strong organizational and communication skills. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and willingness to learn. Interest in commercial real estate and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and background check.

Requirements

  • An active Florida Real Estate Salesperson license.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and background check.
