Northmarq is seeking an Investment Sales Analyst in their Phoenix, AZ office to join an active and top-performing multifamily brokerage team. The candidate must have prior experience within the commercial real estate industry, and an intimate familiarity with multifamily investments is preferred. The individual will be expected to tour properties with investment sale team members and subsequently interpret the physical and financial information into a comprehensive marketing strategy that will be used in all relevant materials shared with clients. The Analyst must be able to efficiently manage a variety of responsibilities for each individual assignment, with the ability to work both independently and cohesively within a team environment. Additionally, the candidate must be willing to work extended hours when needed. This position is full-time on-site, and hiring for a near-term start date.
