About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through proactive lead generation, effective client relationship management, and consistent achievement of sales goals. This individual actively engages in face-to-face outreach, phone calls, emails, and networking events to generate high-quality leads, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date contact lists. They manage a well-organized sales pipeline, consistently converting prospects into customers and identifying cross-selling opportunities across multiple service lines. With a focus on delivering tailored, professional sales presentations and proposals, the representative ensures client needs are met with clarity and precision. Strong client relationships are built and maintained through responsive, professional communication and exceptional service follow-up. Additionally, the representative takes ownership of their responsibilities, meets ERP completion goals, participates in ongoing professional development, and adheres to all company safety and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear, professional interaction with clients, team members, and partners.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines.
  • Skilled at developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and centers of influence.
  • Able to deliver engaging, tailored sales presentations and proposals that align with client needs and showcase service capabilities.
  • Strong ability to manage a structured sales pipeline, maintain accurate contact lists, and meet sales and ERP completion targets.
  • Responsive and attentive to client concerns, with a service-oriented mindset that promotes customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Self-motivated and consistently meets or exceeds outreach and sales objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, estimating tools, and company-specific processes (such as SERVPRO protocols) is highly beneficial.
  • Maintains a high standard of conduct in all communications and interactions, both in the office and in the field.
  • Willingness to engage in professional development, industry training, and continuous learning.
  • Understands and follows all company safety guidelines and risk management practices.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in service-based industries such as restoration, construction, or facilities management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining a high lead-to-close conversion rate.
  • Experience in client relationship management, including in-person sales, phone and email communications, and delivering presentations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with or knowledge of Emergency Ready Plans (ERP), property restoration services, or facility management is a plus.

  • Proactively identifies and successfully secures cross-selling opportunities (ERPS, HVAC, cleaning, construction)
  • Build & Maintain Relationships with Key Clients
  • Regularly maintains strong relationships, resulting in consistent repeat business.

  • Effectively addresses client concerns promptly through face-to-face, phone, or email communication.
