As the Marketing Inside Sales Representative, you will communicate with customers and potential customers by phone, e-mail, live chat sessions on commercial website, and various social media platforms. The Marketing Inside Sales Representative position is an excellent entry level opportunity for those looking to pursue a customer-facing sales role. Requirements

Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred
Strong people skills
Professional communication skills - verbal, written, email, phone, in-person

Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Sales team

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field
Knowledge of Mustang's machinery product and rental services portfolio

Responsibilities

Answer customer questions and qualify caller for sales development
Build rapport to better understand needs, and accurately convey the benefits of Mustang's product offering
Utilize CRM system to track activity, document lead sources, and enter details of qualification or disqualification
Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate Sales team member for quote and closure
