Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Sales/Marketing Project Administrator in the Sales & Marketing Department. The right candidate will Support sales and marketing teams by managing home listings and digital distribution across MLS and online platforms, while also assisting with marketing operations, campaign execution, and coordination of marketing materials, events, and content. This role serves as a key support function to help ensure listings, promotions, and marketing initiatives are executed accurately, consistently and on time.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
  • Two to four years related experience and /or training
  • Obtain and keep active, Real Estate License as needed by the division or determined by state requirements
  • Must have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to focus under pressure and comfortable meeting tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email

Nice To Haves

  • Prior working knowledge of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a plus
  • JD Edwards experience
  • Knowledge of real estate sales and transactions helpful

Responsibilities

  • Create, enter and maintain home listings across MLS and designated digital platforms in a timely and accurate manner, in compliance with MLS rules and regulations.
  • Coordinate with Sales to obtain photography needs, pricing and contract statuses, and listing details.
  • Assist with Quick Move-In listings and updates across MLS, websites, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Support website and digital listing updates including community information, images, promotions, and availability.
  • Manage intake, tracking, and prioritization of signage, collateral, and marketing requests through approved request channels and workflows
  • Coordinate the ordering, tracking, and distribution of marketing collateral, signage, and promotional materials for communities and sales offices
  • Organize and maintain inventory of model home marketing materials and signage
  • Schedule and coordinate photography and videography for listings, communities, and marketing needs
  • Assist with the execution of community events, sales events, and realtor marketing efforts as needed
