The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing all sales and marketing strategies for current and new customers for the XF Business Unit. Reporting directly to the President of Performance Films & Solutions, this role directs all outbound sales and marketing activities, manages existing customer relationships, and develops new business opportunities for customers in the United States and Canada. The Sales and Marketing Manager serves as the primary market intelligence and strategy leader, identifying opportunities related to product, pricing, and placement through end market and internal data. Working closely with sales representatives, and the local Lolita XF plan management, this role develops and executes product, sales, and marketing plans while managing the product life cycle from strategic planning through tactical execution. All initiatives are aligned with corporate objectives and measured against annual sales, profitability, and budget goals.
