About The Position

The Sales & Marketing Lead, Training is responsible for driving awareness, demand, and enrollments for Everblue’s open-enrollment training programs. This is a fully immersive, hands-on role where you will own the business line end-to-end—from marketing campaigns and lead generation to student engagement, course enrollment, and revenue growth. Success requires a deep understanding of Everblue’s training offerings, certification pathways, and target audiences. As our in-house marketing expert, your skills in PPC, SEO, email marketing, landing page optimization, and campaign analytics will be applied directly to maximize enrollment performance. This is not a plug-and-play agency role—you will be embedded in the business and accountable for outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or revenue-focused roles
  • Strong experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and performance reporting
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines
  • Comfort engaging directly with customers and supporting conversions
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and own results
  • Analytical and data-driven in your decision-making

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all customer-facing interactions for open-enrollment courses, including live chat, webforms, and inbound calls
  • Conduct outbound follow-up to convert inquiries into enrollments and re-engage past students
  • Manage course enrollments, extensions, and student placement
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant training offerings to existing students and alumni
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Everblue’s training catalog, certifications, and target audiences
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive course awareness, inquiries, and enrollments
  • Build and optimize enrollment-focused content—including emails, landing pages, and course promotions
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Bing, and Meta
  • Adapt SEO and content strategies to account for AI-driven search, summarization, and discovery behaviors
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign and enrollment performance to continually improve results
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to ensure campaigns align with strategy, messaging, and brand
