We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to play a critical role in supporting Fellow’s fast-growing Wholesale and Specialty Sales channels, ensuring Fellow shows up consistently and professionally across global retail partners, specialty cafés, roasters, distributors, and industry events. This role is based in our San Francisco, CA office and requires you to be in-office 4 days per week. You are a logistics expert and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in the "how" of execution. You understand that a premium brand experience depends on the details. You enjoy building systems that keep others organized, and you are the go-to resource that helps a fast-moving sales team hit its goals. You are a clear, professional communicator who can work cross-functionally and with external vendors with ease. You juggle multiple projects and timelines seamlessly, always proactively looking into ways of making processes run more efficiently, and are eager to grow your career in a role that sits at the intersection of brand marketing and commercial operations.
