About The Position

Position Summary: Incumbent(s) directs, manages and collaborates on the development of the sales, marketing, and client management strategies for all facets of the business operation, ensuring that functional team are coordinated and fully integrated in order to provide superior service to existing and potential clients while also promoting business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in client services, sales or marketing leadership and long-range planning required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of market developments, marketing strategies and practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Promotes cooperation and collaboration amongst teams and staff.
  • Demonstrates ability to keep composure in difficult situations.

Responsibilities

  • Formulating, directing, organizing, implementing and integrating client services, marketing and sales activities
  • Overseeing the preparation, distribution and negotiation of new service proposals
  • Managing the company’s marketing and sales strategies and execution.
  • Collaborates with senior executives to develop growth plans for the organization.
  • Forecasts, drafts, implements, and oversees the department’s operating budget.
  • Confers or consults with department heads to secure information on services and customer specifications.
  • Oversees team managers and their staff, accountable for performance, development, and success of teams, assisting with recruitment, interviewing, and training where applicable.
