Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry and current market trends.
  • Credentials: A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Commitment: Ability to work a schedule that includes evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and monitor market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Training & Development: Provide guidance and training to sales staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Customer Excellence: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with Finance and Service departments to ensure seamless dealership operations.
