About The Position

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Resort Sales Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is passionate about delivering results. In this role, you will own a portfolio of group business opportunities, responding to inquiries, building client relationships, and proactively generating new business. You’ll have the opportunity to represent a dynamic property with diverse offerings—from guest rooms and exceptional food & beverage experiences to world-class gaming and entertainment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent as well as (2) years of related experience as a manager in one of the following departments: Hotel Group Sales, Catering, Convention Services or an Associate’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Hotel and/or Sports & Entertainment or successful completion of the Foxwoods Resort Sales Career Development Program for Sales, Catering, and Convention Services Associates.
- Possesses strong communication skills, verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal skills required to effectively interact with clients, management and other departments to ensure accurate account maintenance and the success of all group details to other departments.
- Must be able to type at least 40 words per minute and be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word and become proficient with department specific computer programs, Delphi, HMS, Passkey and Cvent.
- Due to the nature of the business, must be able to work flexible hours which includes nights, weekends, and holidays depending on group business demands and event times.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with the Delphi sales system, CVent and HMS preferred.

- This position is eligible for quarterly and annual incentive compensation based on the achievement of individual booking goals and overall team revenue targets, as outlined in the current incentive plan.
