As a Sales Manager with the Engineered Solutions team, you will be accountable for end‑to‑end ownership of complex, high‑value opportunities across a broad portfolio of nuclear engineering products and services. You will be responsible for a variety of products and services including Component Design and Analysis, Replacement Hardware & Aging Management; Design Change Packages; License Renewal Assessments and Applications; Systems & Auxiliary Equipment including Plant Uprating; and General Plant Licensing. The role drives customer engagement, capture strategy, pricing, and contract negotiations while coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver differentiated, customer‑focused solutions. Success is measured by order entry, margin performance, pipeline growth, and win rate. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Sales. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.
