The Associate Renewal Manager is an integral member of the Sales Team, functioning as the primary point of contact for residents eligible for lease renewals and leading all renewals within their designated region. This role is responsible for surpassing targets, ensuring that new leases are dispatched accurately and promptly, managing escalations, and delivering insightful reports to the Director of Sales. Additionally, the Associate Renewal Manager oversees deviation approvals, provides training and coaching to team members, and maintains a high standard of customer service for both residents and colleagues. This position reports directly to the Renewal Manager. This role is fully onsite, 9AM-6PM with Thursdays and Fridays off - therefore weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are required. The final salary offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, including but not limited to skill sets; relevant experience; internal equity; and other business and organizational needs.
