That requires exceptional people. We’re hiring a Sales Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our sales team. You will take over management of the team immediately and be responsible for performance, pipeline, and deal execution during a critical phase of the company. This is a hands-on role. You’ll be deeply involved in deals, coaching reps, and driving outcomes. You’ll work directly with the founders while we continue building out the broader sales leadership team.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a top-performing AE
  • Strong desire to stay close to deals and close yourself
  • At least 2+ years managing a team of 5+ AEs
  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Experience managin Mid-market deals ($30K+ ACV)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling to CFOs, Controllers, or finance teams
  • Background in finance
  • Experience in verticals like Healthcare, Construction, F&B, or Real Estate
  • Experience at a high-growth startup

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance of a team of Account Executives
  • Run weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions
  • Coach AEs on live deals with specific, tactical guidance
  • Join and help close strategic deals when needed
  • Ramp new AEs and SDRs transitioning into AE roles
  • Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy
  • Run forecast calls and ensure visibility into revenue
  • Track conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy
  • Support hiring by screening and interviewing AE candidates
