About The Position

The Sales Manager drives business growth across PMC’s three core verticals—Commercial Parking, Hospitality, and Hotel Self-Parking—by identifying new opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and presenting tailored solutions through PMC Valet, PMC Stay, and PMC Pay. With a hospitality-driven approach, you’ll engage prospects through strategic outreach, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and deliver measurable results that reflect PMC’s signature service from first contact to close.

Requirements

  • Sequence Mastery: Design and execute high-converting cold email + call + LinkedIn cadences.
  • Industry Intel: Understand PARCS, revenue control, valet operations, and digital payment trends.
  • Objection Handling: Turn “not interested” or “not now” into scheduled meetings using consultative techniques.
  • Tech Stack Fluency: Familiarity with PMC Valet, PMC Stay, PMC Pay, and competitive platforms
  • Negotiation Foundations: Comfortable discussing budgets, authority, and timelines to qualify effectively.
  • 1–3+ years of B2B outbound prospecting or SDR experience (parking, hospitality, SaaS, or tech preferred).
  • Proven ability to cold call and run multi-channel sequences with confidence and professionalism.
  • Track record of booking 15+ discovery meetings/month in prior roles.
  • Agile mindset with the ability to adapt and evolve ways of working as business processes and systems continue to mature.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach/SalesLoft, ZoomInfo or other similar data enhancement software.
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 80% within the assigned region to conduct in-person site visits, assess client properties, and capture accurate, timely information in Salesforce to support sales pipeline visibility.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for this role, along with maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record with no more than three moving violations within a three-year period. Candidates must also pass and maintain a clean background check.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients through personalized outreach, consistent follow-up, and exceptional service - driving repeat business, referrals, and growth across Commercial Parking, Hospitality, and Hotel Self-Parking solutions.
  • Represent PMC at industry events, trade shows, and webinars to strengthen brand presence across commercial, hospitality, and self-parking markets while staying informed on industry trends, competitor innovations, and emerging parking technologies.
  • Identify and engage high-potential accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, intent data, and industry lists; initiate multi-touch sequences (calls, emails, video, social) to book qualified discovery meetings.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Commercial Parking, Hospitality, and Hotel Self-Parking business verticals, aligning with PMC’s growth goals while analyzing client needs and market trends to position PMC as the leading provider of scalable, technology-driven parking solutions.
  • Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue. Revue and educate our clients on our Commercial Parking, Hospitality, and Hotel Self-Parking business verticals. Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and partnering with operations to ensure seamless implementation and long-term success.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records across all three verticals - Commercial Parking, Hospitality, and Hotel Self-Parking - by logging all activity with at least 80% accuracy, tracking progression from SAL to SQL, ensuring data integrity, and executing timely follow-ups to sustain strong pipeline velocity.
  • Transition SQLs to operations with complete context, recorded calls, and stakeholder maps.
  • Consistently hit or exceed monthly activity, meeting, and SQL quotas while contributing to team revenue attainment.
  • Overcome objections, navigate gatekeepers, and pivot messaging creatively to align with prospect priorities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for Campaign launches, Operations to maximize value, and effectively sell a handoff received from an operator.
  • Complete all required training, stay current on parking tech trends, and adopt best practices in outbound methodology. Share best practices and work collectively as a team to increase PMC’s market penetration while leveraging local knowledge.
