About The Position

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on cultivating strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration to support successful events.

Nice To Haves

  • CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification is preferred.
  • Experience in contract development and negotiation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the booking calendar, manage correspondence, and ensure seamless follow-through on communications.
  • Handle sales and contracting for event business generated by internal leads and VISIT DENVER-booked clients.
  • Execute contract procedures, including negotiations, revisions, and amendments, in compliance with ASM GLOBAL policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and exceptional service to existing clients.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries received via the website, social media, CVENT, and other lead sources.
  • Conduct site tours and pre-convention meetings to support sales efforts and enhance client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure event success and operational efficiency.
  • Represent the convention center by participating in industry and community-related events as necessary.
  • Support the Assistant Director of Sales and Director of Sales and Services with other duties that contribute to the center’s success.
