About The Position

The Verve Hotel Boston Natick, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales team. This role is ideal for a hospitality driven professional with strong networking abilities and a proven track record in hotel sales. As a key contributor to our revenue strategy, you will cultivate relationships, secure Association and Group business, and help drive overall hotel performance. In this fast paced, ever evolving environment, you’ll have the opportunity to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and maximize revenue across all hotel streams. The Sales Manager role at The Verve Hotel serves as a true launch pad for long-term career growth within the hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience.
  • Previous hotel group sales experience required.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
  • Experience with sales automation systems (Delphi FDC preferred) and PMS systems.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new group business through research, prospecting, and proactive outreach.
  • Build and maintain relationships within the Association market and assigned accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to exceed revenue goals.
  • Implement targeted marketing initiatives to maximize lead conversion.
  • Differentiate the hotel by delivering strong customer value and service.
  • Partner with Hilton Worldwide Sales, local chambers, and industry intermediaries to grow business.
  • Develop and execute business plans for assigned markets.
  • Maintain an accurate, up to date pipeline aligned with short and long-term objectives.
  • Conduct tailored site inspections and present the hotel effectively.
  • Create proposals, negotiate and execute contracts, and manage customer requirements across rooms, F&B, and meeting space.
  • Ensure accurate account and booking data in Delphi FDC.
  • Participate in outside sales calls, trade shows, and customer events.
  • Execute strategies to shift market share from competitors.
  • Negotiate agreements that support hotel financial goals while strengthening client relationships.
