About The Position
We are a large volume Toyota dealership selling 700–850 vehicles per month , looking for an experienced, hands on Automotive Sales Manager . This is a highly active leadership role — not a desk only position.
Requirements
- 5+ years Automotive Sales Manager experience
- Bilingual: English & Spanish required
- Strong CRM skills; datadriven decision maker
- Experience in a large-volume domestic dealership preferred (will consider import experience if strong work ethics)
- Outstanding customer follow-up abilities
- Ability to work 65–70 hours/week (24–26 days/month)

Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
- Engage directly with customers on the floor and through CRM
- Oversee follow-up and customer communication processes
- Monitor KPIs, activity metrics, and salesperson performance
- Support salespeople in closing deals and improving productivity
