About The Position

Cedar Creek Motorsports is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Cedarburg, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced motorsports environment. This role requires a passionate leader with a strong understanding of the motorsports industry and proven sales experience. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in the motorsports or automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Cedarburg, WI.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth sales processes and customer service excellence.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
