Requirements

  • Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the General Manager to develop and execute smart, effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentorship to level up product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Foster lasting customer relationships that keep buyers returning to Preston with confidence and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and other departments to ensure a seamless, premium customer experience.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive, growth-driven feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving market trends, new models, and competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with all company, industry, and ethical standards.
