About The Position

GEN3 Electric & HVAC is a growing, family-owned company based in Philadelphia. We don’t cut corners. We don’t tolerate drama. And we don’t hire managers who hide behind spreadsheets. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Comfort Advisors and Electrical Sales team. This role owns revenue performance, coaching, and sales process consistency while protecting the customer experience that built our reputation. This is not a sit-back leadership role. You will be visible, engaged, and accountable. If you can grow people and grow revenue at the same time, we want to talk to you.

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience
  • Strong coaching ability with a performance mindset
  • Comfortable enforcing expectations, even when it’s uncomfortable
  • Data-driven and highly organized
  • Clear communicator who builds trust and drives results

Nice To Haves

  • Home Services industry experience strongly preferred (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or other residential trades)
  • Residential Home Services industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop Comfort Advisors and Electrical Sales team members
  • Oversee the Sales Lead Coordinator to ensure strong pipeline management and clean handoffs
  • Drive revenue, margin, and closing ratio performance
  • Review proposals, financing, and follow-up activity to protect results
  • Conduct ride-alongs, call reviews, and performance coaching
  • Align with Service and Installation teams to ensure smooth execution
  • Hold all team members accountable to GEN3 standards
