About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader with 5+ years of experience in industrial or technical services, preferably in boiler or HVAC-related industries, to drive revenue growth, optimize sales strategies, and enhance market presence. This role involves strategic sales planning, CRM management, sales team evaluation, customer relationship building, process optimization, as well as direct sales and managing a group of clients in the Greater Atlanta Region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven ability to expand product offerings and market reach, and expertise in mentoring sales teams, managing contracts, and driving data-backed sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership within industrial or technical services (boiler or HVAC-related industries preferred).
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and expanding market presence through strategic planning.
  • Expertise in territory management, forecasting, and optimizing commission structures.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in evaluating and optimizing sales team structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong ability to negotiate contracts and build long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics for performance tracking and strategy refinement.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present value-driven solutions.
  • Ability to travel 50 – 75% within the region

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Leverage industry trends and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and optimize pricing and commission structures.
  • Track and report progress against sales goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Define and manage sales territories to maximize efficiency and market coverage.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate the sales team, fostering high performance, accountability, and strategic alignment.
  • Assess and optimize sales team structure to enhance effectiveness and market reach.
  • Monitor key sales metrics, providing actionable insights and continuous improvements.
  • Generate and follow up on leads and opportunities through contact with end-user decision makers in designated region.
  • Develop relationships with engineers, contractors and large client accounts throughout the region.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert to build and win proposals and quotes for the use of our CCS services & products, including packaged boiler systems, deaerators, feedwater systems, economizers, water conditioning equipment, flue exhaust systems and planning, designing and installation of boiler room systems.
  • Build and strengthen customer and vendor relationships, enhancing service value and industry reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Refine sales processes from prospecting to closing for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and oversee structured sales training, equipping the team with best practices.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data analytics to track performance, drive insights, and refine strategies.
