Key Responsibilities include: 1. Account Management & Sales Execution Own and manage relationships with key retail accounts and broker partners, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales activities Lead buyer meetings, line reviews, and business reviews with food, drug, and mass retailers Develop and execute Joint Business Planning (JBP) initiatives to align retailer strategies with company objectives Drive new account acquisition and identify white space opportunities for category expansion Leverage promotional, seasonal, and market insights to support demand planning and revenue growth initiatives Negotiate pricing, promotional programs, and terms while maintaining margin performance Manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation through close 2. Sales Planning & Performance Develop annual sales plans and forecasts in partnership with the business VP, incorporating market insights and customer data Track and report on sales performance against goals, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations Actively participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to align demand and supply planning Coordinate promotional calendars with retailers, brokers, and internal teams to optimize in-market execution Analyze POS data, category trends, and syndicated sources (Nielsen, SPINS, Circana) to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with operations, finance, and product teams to ensure order accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction Communicate customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence across the organization Support demand planning efforts with accurate forecasting and promotional insights Identify and implement process improvements to increase sales efficiency 4.
