About The Position

RTM Business Group is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to lead and grow a high-performing B2B conference sales team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is as strong in the trenches as they are on the sidelines — a seller who can close, coach, and elevate others while owning their own book of business. You will be responsible for driving meaningful year-over-year revenue growth across RTM’s established and newly launched conference portfolios, while directly managing and mentoring a small team. You’ll set the tone for sales excellence: disciplined pipeline management, sharp pricing strategy and a culture of accountability and momentum. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, quota-driven environments, understands the nuances of selling high-value B2B events and is motivated by both personal performance and team success. You’ll work across multiple industries — including Healthcare, Technology, Finance, HR, Education, and emerging verticals — partnering closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, launch new products, and scale revenue.
