Responsible for leading the sales team, driving sales performance, and managing client relationships within the residential real estate sales sector. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of home sales processes, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home sales, real estate, or a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of CRM software, sales tracking tools, and MS Office Suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills
  • Attention to Detail

Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to increase revenue and market share
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales goals, providing regular feedback and guidance
  • Create a motivated and results-driven environment within the sales team
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, builders, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions related to residential real estate or home products
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and product offerings
  • Provide insights to senior management regarding market opportunities and potential threats
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Track sales performance, analyze results, and implement corrective actions where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline developments
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and other parties as necessary to ensure successful project delivery
  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring efficiency and a high conversion rate
  • Manage sales budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional offers
  • Monitor inventory levels or property availability and communicate with clients regarding timelines
