The Sales Manager leads a sales team in selling vehicles & products in order to meet & exceed volume & profitability objectives, while promoting integrity & client satisfaction. Previous Dealership managers or top-sales performers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys networking and getting to know customer needs daily. Employees in this position will be paid a minimum compensation of $5,720.00 per month, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected average annual earning in this position are $160,000 to $260,000.
