As a Sales Manager with the Multi-Family vertical, you will lead a team of 7 field account representatives focused on selling MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) supplies along with other products to customers in the apartment industry. This position offers a competitive base salary plus a monthly sales incentive, and includes a laptop/tablet, cell phone, and monthly expenses. The main territory will be Orlando, Daytona Beach, and Melbourne. The role is responsible for managing and directing a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a territory. This includes designing and recommending sales and marketing programs, setting short- and long-term sales strategies, and developing and implementing sales and customer retention programs to optimize sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The manager will also plan, forecast, and report on sales and competitive pricing activities and tactics.
