About The Position
1st Class Roofing & Construction is growing and looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive company growth. This is NOT an average sales role. We are looking for a leader who can sell, generate leads, and build a strong team. We specialize in residential, commercial, and multifamily roofing projects and are expanding into larger construction opportunities. • $80K–$200K+ income potential • Base + Commission + Overrides • Performance bonuses • Leadership growth opportunity
