Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
  • Proven success in an Automotive Sales Manager role
  • Solid understanding of desking, finance structure, lender relationships, and deal profitability
  • Compliance-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Professional, high-energy demeanor aligned with a luxury brand environment
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Desk and structure deals to maximize gross profit and sales volume
  • Oversee F&I performance to ensure production goals and compliance standards are consistently met
  • Ensure strict adherence to all F&I policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
  • Maintain daily oversight of CIT (Contracts in Transit) and cash management processes
  • Lead daily sales meetings and conduct ongoing in-store training and coaching
  • Implement action plans for underperforming sales staff and drive performance accountability
  • Monitor CRM (DriveCentric) activity to ensure consistent follow-up and process execution
  • Manage inventory, including aging units, to ensure proper turn and profitability
  • Maintain high CSI and customer satisfaction standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
  • Support company initiatives and complete additional assigned projects as needed
