We Are Looking for an Experienced Manager Who Is Passionate About Mentoring Others, Driving Results, and Creating a Positive Team Environment. This Position Offers an Opportunity to Step into a Leadership Role While Remaining Actively Involved in Customer Interactions and Deal Support. The Sales Manager Oversees Sales Operations, Leading and Coaching the Sales Team, and Ensuring a High-quality Customer Experience. This Role Oversees Sales Processes, Performance Monitoring, and Staff Development While Remaining Actively Involved in Customer Interactions and Deal Support. the Sales Manager Plays a Key Role in Driving Sales Results, Maintaining Team Accountability, and Fostering a Positive, Customer-focused Sales Culture.

Requirements

  • Several Years of Successful Automotive Sales Experience
  • Strong Desire to Learn, Grow, and Transition into a Leadership Role
  • Excellent Communication, Coaching, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Comfortable Using CRM Tools, Internet Leads, and Modern Dealership Processes

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the CRM
  • Ensure Sales Professionals Are Following Established CRM Processes
  • Set-up Campaigns for Sales Professionals
  • Take Customer Turnovers on the Showroom Floor to Support the Sales Team and Assist in Closing Deals When Needed
  • Coach, Mentor, and Support Sales Staff in Day-to-day Operations
  • Ensure Training, Accountability, and Maintaining High Standards of Customer Service Is Provided to Sales Professionals
  • Assign Leads to Sales Professionals, Monitor Lead Quality, Follow-up Activity, and Overall Sales Performance
  • Help Maintain a Positive, Professional, and Team-focused Culture on the Sales Floor
  • Complete Accurate and Timely Vehicle Appraisals for Trade-ins Using Market Data and Dealership Standards
  • Strong Working Knowledge of New Car Leasing, Including Programs, Incentives, and Payment Structures
  • Report, Monitor, and Track Vehicles in the Car Bravo System to Ensure Accuracy and Compliance
  • Oversee Lot Management and Maintain Awareness of Inventory Availability and Location
  • Other Duties As Assigned
