About The Position

Our sales team is growing fast, and we're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead a team of high-performing Account Executives and help take monday.com's growth to the next level! As a Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving the success of your team and the broader sales organization. You'll lead by example - inspiring, developing, and empowering your Account Executives to exceed their goals and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
  • 3+ years of SaaS sales management experience (leading AEs or closing reps).
  • Proven track record of exceeding team and individual quotas.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at the executive level.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and navigating complex legal or procurement discussions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and people development skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and energized by a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • BA and/or MBA preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop your team through regular feedback, skill-building, and data-driven insights.
  • Own the day-to-day execution of sales strategy to meet and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to streamline processes and optimize performance.
  • Use your deep understanding of SaaS sales to improve team efficiency and deal execution.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
