As a Manager, SMB Sales at HHAeXchange, you will be responsible for leading a team of Inside Sales Account Executives in attainment of monthly and quarterly quotas. As an integral part of our continued growth, you will be responsible for providing continuous mentorship and coaching for your AEs, refining the sales process, becoming an industry expert in your region, and working cross functionally within the sales, marketing, and implementation organizations to provide a stellar experience for prospective customers. This role requires a hybrid schedule, requiring 3 days per week (Tues/Wed/Thurs) in our New York City headquarters (8:30amâ5:30pm).
