About The Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a: Guide for families and older adults — You’ll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in. Team player — You’ll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations. Partner — You’ll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals. Brookdale supports our Sales associates through: 3-week on-boarding & orientation program featuring in-depth instruction in Brookdale’s unique approach to sales, the systems to help you be successful, one-on-one coaching with your District Director, ongoing monthly continuing education for knowledge growth, and customized tools designed to help you best market your community for your unique geographic area. Requirements

  • Senior living sales experience REQUIRED (non-negotiable)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and occupancy goals
  • Strong communication, organizational, and closing skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Senior Living experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-up, tours, and closing
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, families, and referral sources
  • Maintain and grow occupancy through strategic sales efforts
  • Participate in community events, outreach, and networking opportunities
