Requirements

• BA or BS degree in life sciences or business administration.
• 7+ years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven sales experience in Urology or Oncology.
• Skilled in virtual customer interactions.
• Strong knowledge of the reimbursement environment.
• Experience in product launch and account management.
• Ability to analyze and present technical details.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful product launch plans and territory sales objectives.
• Maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders in oncology and urology.
• Become an expert in product information and communicate effectively.
• Drive product demand and understand the prostate cancer patient journey.
• Create and implement effective territory business plans.
• Monitor competitive sales activities and provide insights to leadership.
