About The Position

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining business from local corporate accounts, military and government sectors to achieve hotel revenue goals in rooms, meeting & event spaces, and ancillary services. This role drives account acquisition, retention, and long-term partnerships through strategic sales actions, relationship management, and tactical execution aligned with the hotel’s commercial objectives.

Requirements

  • Must be US Citizen, US Permanent Residents or Residents of Federated States of Micronesia.
  • No US work visa will be provided.
  • No Relocation Package
  • Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required.
  • Five plus years of similar positions or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
  • Tasks and Project Management Skills
  • Strong background in hospitality and any related.
  • Good Communication and writing skills. Negotiation skill
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)
