QualificationsGeneral Position Summary The Sales Manager Hospitality – North America is responsible for leading and expanding sales initiatives within the hospitality segment. This role involves building relationships and sales at all levels of the decisions making process, including hotel managers, management groups, ownership and third- party procurement. The person in this role will also implement programs at branded properties, as well as develop programs and solutions for non-branded properties. The position collaborates closely with the Sales Manager Hospitality – North America and cross-functional teams to ensure account success. Key performance indicators include: Sales pipeline development and opportunity creation Timely task execution and follow-up Participation in customer events Customer relationship development logged in Salesforce Success is measured by achievement of annual revenue and booking targets, effective expense and margin management, and sustained customer satisfaction.

  • Experience with sales funnel management and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or the hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and current insurance coverage.

  • Trade show and industry event experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans and annual account plans.
  • Own and manage relationships at the property, management and ownership levels
  • Develop relationships within 3rd party procurement groups
  • Execute national programs at the hotel, management group and ownership level.
  • Create relationships and opportunities with the Independent Hotel Segment
  • Oversee all processes that pre-order process, including layouts and brand approvals
  • Quote creation for each opportunity in SFDC
  • Provide market and customer feedback to Sales and Product Management to support product and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Technical Service, Logistics, Sales Ops, Credit, etc.) to meet customer expectations.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Engage in thought leadership activities including public speaking, social media engagement, and channel partnerships.
  • Monitor market and competitor trends to inform product and channel strategies.
  • Contribute to accurate sales forecasting and reporting thru Salesforce.
