Proactively solicit, build, and strengthen relationships within market group sales seeking opportunities through various sales channels and working to build long-term value-based customer relationships. Respond to RFPs, prepare proposals and upsell each business opportunity to maximize revenue potential. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations for conferences and events. Conduct site tours for clients as needed and provide personalized service and support throughout the planning process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Foster long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and anticipating their needs for future events.
