Position Responsibilities: The Sales Manager drives market execution in all Food Service On Premise (FSOP) accounts as well as creates and implements a growth strategy to deliver the company’s business plan to lead the total beverage portfolio As a Sales Manager, you will identify and develop talent through a robust development plan including emphasis on the company values and culture You will drive collaboration between supply chain and field sales execution teams and serve as a key enabler for business initiatives through communication with FSOP leadership and local facility management You will oversee strategic relationships with FSOP customers and ensures retail market compliance with marketing agreements, contracts and monthly commercial priorities Other duties as assigned
