About The Position

New West Distributing is looking for a Full-Time On-Premise Sales for Reno-Sparks. The position of an On-Premise Sales is responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with management in New West’s sales accounts while adhering to New West Sales standards. Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Communicating with the ABM (Area Business Manager) regarding Accounts Daily Building displays to support Accounts Daily activity Securing new products within assigned accounts Ensuring proper distribution to ensure competitive balance Ability to follow monthly planner provided by sales account Ensuring orders are placed on time Compiling and distributing internal sales reports Successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously Focus on providing exceptional customer service Physical Demands Physical demands include, but are not limited to: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, and stooping Lifting or moving up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times Lifting or moving kegs (approximately 165 lbs) with assistance at various times Exposure to weather On-Premise Sales benefits with New West Distributing: Monthly performance incentives Sales bonuses Benefits after 90 days, as a full-time employee with New West Distributing: Paid Time Off/Vacation Health Insurance Employer Paid Dental Insurance Employer Paid Vision Insurance Employer Paid Short-Term Disability Employer Paid Life Insurance Benefits after 90 days, as a full-time employee with New West Distributing Employer 401K match up to 3% after a year Why work for New West Distributing? Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Broad experience and understanding of Sales market
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends, when necessary

Nice To Haves

  • Bar/casino/on-premise sales experience is preferred
  • Beer brand knowledge is preferred
  • Possessing Alcohol Awareness Card is preferred but not required
