Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Attend all required meetings, webinars and conference calls
  • Complete all assigned ABU training
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Ability to lift, load, unload, and move product that weighs up 60 lbs constantly and up to 165 lbs occasionally.
  • Ability to work in a cool environment. (as low as 40 degrees)

  • Beverage industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Learn on- and off-premise sales processes
  • Sell in new products and increase distribution of primary, secondary, and high-end brands
  • Execute current and future price promotions with customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships; discuss sales trends and opportunities
  • Assist with special events and trade shows
  • Book displays and assist with building and merchandising large displays
  • Ensure all permanent POS is clean, functional, and properly placed at each location
  • Ensure all product packaging meets company packaging standards; remove non-compliant packaging
  • Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained inside and out
  • Read and follow directions for mixing and using cleaning chemicals
  • Clean tavern heads, tap handles, faucets, and related equipment per AB and EDI standards
  • Track and document line-cleaning dates and maintain accurate records for each retail account
