On Premise Sales Representative

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Drivers license
- Attend all required meetings, webinars and conference calls
- Complete all assigned ABU training
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Self-motivated and results oriented.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects.
- Ability to lift, load, unload, and move product that weighs up 60 lbs constantly and up to 165 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work in a cool environment. (as low as 40 degrees)

Responsibilities
- Learn on- and off-premise sales processes
- Sell in new products and increase distribution of primary, secondary, and high-end brands
- Execute current and future price promotions with customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; discuss sales trends and opportunities
- Assist with special events and trade shows
- Book displays and assist with building and merchandising large displays
- Ensure all permanent POS is clean, functional, and properly placed at each location
- Ensure all product packaging meets company packaging standards; remove non-compliant packaging
- Keep company vehicle clean and well-maintained inside and out
- Read and follow directions for mixing and using cleaning chemicals
- Clean tavern heads, tap handles, faucets, and related equipment per AB and EDI standards
- Track and document line-cleaning dates and maintain accurate records for each retail account
