Sales Manager / Finance Manager (Hybrid Role) For Leaders Who Know How to Drive Results Most dealerships separate Sales Managers and Finance Managers. We’re looking for someone who can do both at a high level . This role is for an experienced automotive professional who knows how to desk deals, close customers, and maximize finance opportunities while helping a sales team perform better every day. If you’re the type who likes being in the middle of the action and taking deals from first pencil to final delivery, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Be Responsible For You’ll help run the sales floor while also ensuring deals are structured properly and finalized in the finance office. Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

  • Proven automotive Sales Manager or Finance Manager experience
  • Strong deal structuring and lender relationship knowledge
  • A history of strong finance product performance
  • Confidence closing customers and supporting the sales team
  • The ability to handle a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • High personal accountability and work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Desking deals and working numbers with the sales team
  • Helping close customers and overcome objections
  • Structuring deals that work for the customer, the lender, and the dealership
  • Working with lenders to secure approvals and competitive terms
  • Presenting finance and protection products to customers
  • Driving finance product penetration and overall deal profitability
  • Supporting and coaching sales staff to improve closing ratios
  • Ensuring deals are clean, compliant, and funded quickly
  • Maintaining a strong customer experience from start to finish
