About The Position
At our Alexandria, MN location, we are looking for a Sales & Finance Manager who can guide customers through the financing process while delivering an exceptional purchasing experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, lenders, and our sales team to secure financing, present protection products, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently. We’re looking for a Sales & Finance Manager who has… Hilltop Camper and RV , with locations in Fridley, Oronoco, Brainerd, and Alexandria, MN, is a 3rd-generation family-owned RV dealership that employs approximately 130 team members. We sell, service, and outfit a wide range of campers and RVs. Our employees help our customers find the right solutions for their family fun camping needs by providing consultative selling, appropriate financing options, a full selection of parts and accessories, and high-quality service. We’re a one-stop shop for all our customers’ RV needs.
Requirements
- Proficiency in the finance and insurance process for recreational vehicles.
- Experience leading a team.
- Time management skills to be able to set priorities and work simultaneously in multiple computer systems (IDS experience a plus, but not required).
- Passion for working cohesively with a team and with customers.
