As our Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of experienced Account Executives focused on large-scale enterprise engagements. This is a dynamic, tactical and strategic leadership role where you will: Recruit, onboard and coach seasoned sellers to deliver week-by-week, quarter-by-quarter success: Partnering with TA is critical as we scale Set and own the forecast cadence, track leading indicators, adjust plan and drive accountability across the team. Develop and execute enterprise-level sales strategies in partnership with senior leadership, aligned with product, marketing and customer success. Help your team build and manage a rich pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities, enable deal prioritization, and support closing high-impact deals. Identify skill gaps, design and deliver ongoing professional development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, Solutions Engineering) to ensure a holistic orchestration of enterprise account engagements. Deliver regular performance reviews, pipeline and revenue reports to senior leadership; provide insights and recommendations for scaling and optimizing the enterprise sales engine. Address team conflict, performance shortfalls or process barriers in a timely and constructive manner. You don't wait to be told what tool to try - you explore, test, and share what works.
