Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4–7+ years of experience in SaaS or healthcare sales, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • 2+ years of experience leading quota-carrying sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong coaching and talent development skills, particularly with early-career sales professionals.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

  • Experience in outbound sales motions and healthcare or ambulatory markets is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and consistently exceed team-level monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through disciplined execution and leadership.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain top-performing account executives while fostering a high-accountability performance culture.
  • Establish clear activity benchmarks, coaching frameworks, and performance management routines, including 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and forecasting cadences.
  • Drive CRM discipline, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and continuous improvement across the full sales funnel.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase clinician and ambulatory facility activation through optimized inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, implementation, customer success, and product teams to enhance conversion, onboarding, and retention.
  • Serve as the voice of the market by sharing insights on customer needs, product enhancements, and go-to-market opportunities.
  • Build executive-level relationships when needed to accelerate deals, resolve blockers, and ensure customer success.
