About the role You develop sales of automation and laboratory systems Your prime objective is to develop the African market.

Requirements

  • Engineer with sales experience and business understanding
  • BSc or MSc in Engineering, ideally with sales or business experience
  • Experience in technical sales, preferably in advanced control and laboratory automation systems
  • Outgoing personality and strong team-player mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment and maintain clear overview under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and language skills
  • Strong drive, self-esteem, and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 100–120 days per year)

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales of automation and laboratory systems in the African market
  • Build multi-level relationships and gain customer insights regarding requirements, needs, and driving factors
  • Manage regional sales of Fuller Automation technical solutions, including: Control systems Advanced process control systems Automated laboratory solutions Other cement and adjacent industries automation systems
  • Negotiate project scope with customers and prepare proposals
  • Carry out technical and commercial negotiations
  • Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to generate leads for future opportunities
  • Lead activities related to tender evaluation, risk analyses, and scheduling
  • Coordinate and communicate with the global Fuller sales organization, suppliers, and partners
