About The Position
Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc., makers of YellaWood brand pressure-treated pine, is seeking a Sales Intern for the 2026 Summer Internship Program. This program is an opportunity to experience the lumber industry and workforce like never before. Requirements
- Must be at least a Sophomore and actively seeking a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales or related degree, with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or greater.
- Must have experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Gaining corporate experience and developing new skills through on-the-job training and exposure to inventory purchases, order entry, and customer service.
- Assisting with sales calls and order entry.
- Gathering and performing analysis to assist the sales team in making decisions.
- Participating in customer visits.
- Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc requests, as needed.
