About The Position

This role will be responsible for managing and executing on Global Sales strategic initiatives and special projects with a focus supporting day-to-day coordination efforts of Panasonic Avionics' quote to cash platform implementation and sales process reimagination. This individual is responsible for facilitating, gathering and synthesizing interests and requirements from different parts of the business and facilitating the cohesion of multiple stakeholder voices to drive conversations that lead to solutions, optimizing the use of ServiceNow Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) system and increasing the company's return on its investment. Along with technically based project management, the individual will support other initiatives tied to sales tools updates (i.e., excel based P&L updates, new business model support tools, etc.) and continually seek and deliver for opportunities to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Advanced Degree preferred. An additional four years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • 8+ years combined work experience of product management or program/project management required with additional emphasis on process improvements, tools automation and business operations.
  • ServiceNow project management experience required.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects for multiple stakeholders as well as drive stakeholder consensus and conclusions.
  • ServiceNow experience required and Certifications preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Project required. Skills with Business Information system (Oracle BI, etc.) and Data visualization tools (Power BI, etc.) and MS Project highly desired.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and turn information into business requirement documents for tools and reporting.
  • Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills based on strong functional and technical knowledge, as well as solid planning and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated systems thinking or the ability to "connect the dots" from varied business units and stakeholder views.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization from executives to staff members.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels of a multi-cultural organization in order to articulate complex strategic concepts into clear statements and design requirements.
  • Creative thinking and ability to influence at all levels to drive transformation.
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
  • Demonstrated successful prior experience with managing complex projects and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)/CPQ Technical Project Management:
  • Partner with the ServiceNow core team (IT/Development Teams/Global Sales/SMEs) to facilitate identification of gaps and challenges, translate business needs to new business requirements with internal cross functional teams, and help integrate future state sales process needs into the technical development and implementation project plans.
  • Partner with Sales Technology Leader, with direction from direct supervisor, to facilitate a cross-functional task force and ensure key stakeholders and subject matter experts are included in development prioritization and decision making.
  • Define and write new business use cases (with direct impact to sales) and identify projects and process flows required for ServiceNow technical assessment and work scope planning.
  • Lead product and data teams to facilitate sales and process efficiencies through the platform with integrations that support all downstream organizations and data dependencies.
  • Based on new business use cases, partner with others in the creation and translation of requirements to white papers or new ServiceNow user stories. Additionally participate in core team testing and draft test scripts (if warranted).
  • Prioritize use cases and user stories to meet stakeholder and user requirements, within development timelines and resource capacity.
  • Track new ServiceNow deployment progress/schedules and collaborate with core team to compile metrics to show ROI of technological investments.
  • Serve as daily focal for ServiceNow project coordination efforts.
  • Sales Efficiency Optimization (Tools, Data Analysis & Commercial Modeling)
  • Facilitate stakeholder dialogues and document as-is and future business sales processes to turn business requirements into documents for procedures, applications, tools, and reporting. Create presentations and reports for process improvement projects and ROI preparation to Executive Management for review, approval, and prioritization.
  • Guide development teams with best practice recommendations and prepared options to solve user concerns, training issues and bug resolution.
  • Enhance and propose new KPIs for Global Sales Organization to monitor and drive efficiency gains. Develop scorecards, graphs, and reports as required.
  • Maintain and optimize cross-platform, data-driven dashboards in Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Microsoft environments to enable consistent tracking, analysis, and communication of KPIs on a weekly and monthly cadence.
  • Utilize the test environment to understand, configure or test prototype designs and stage demonstrations of business requirements and process efficiencies.
  • Create ServiceNow platform reports to track and measure transformation of the business, usability and user adoption rates.
  • Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects:
  • Take ownership of special projects ensuring proper processes are followed and required documents are created. This could include QOPs or work instructions and owning process amendments, documenting as appropriate, and handoff to the sales enablement team for training.
  • Support sales leadership on large, complex projects and/or own and lead smaller projects to transform current business processes as well as execute to meet company strategic goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for taking raw ideas - hypotheses/scenarios - and shaping them into comprehensive deployment plans to showcase to Executive leadership and gain buy-in to execute.
  • Coach and promote sharing of best practices within the organization through the gathering of ideas, understanding what is working, and facilitating roundtables to gain consistency and be able to translate those consistent best practices to the regional sales teams as adoption in the platform.
