Project Manager, Executive Initiatives
About The Position
UF Health is seeking a high-performing Project Manager of Executive Initiatives to report directly to the President & CEO and drive enterprise-wide strategic priorities. This role offers a rare opportunity for an MBA or MHA graduate with progressive experience to work at the center of executive leadership and contribute to initiatives with broad organizational impact. The ideal candidate demonstrates executive presence, advanced analytical and technical skills, and a strong intellectual curiosity. They will gain comprehensive exposure to health system operations, strategy, and executive decision-making while collaborating with senior leaders across the enterprise. This is a high-visibility, career-accelerating opportunity for a motivated professional ready to make a meaningful impact within a leading academic health system. This role requires in-person presence at the Gainesville office 3–4 days per week, and candidates must reside within the UF Health service areas. It provides direct exposure to executive decision-making and enterprise-wide strategy. While prior healthcare experience is not required, it is considered a plus.
Requirements
- MBA or MHA degree with several years of relevant professional experience
